Victory & Brilliance Limited  (VBL) is a professional contract manufacturer of custom metal stamping parts. Our China factory – Boluo Shiwan Hulida Metal & Electric Factory have over 90 employees and 3000 m2 in size.

Since 1992, we have provided a variety of metal stamping parts manufacturing service.  We have the capability in die and tooling design and manufacturing, stamping manufacturing and  assemblies. The precise and small metal stamping parts by progressive stamping is our excellent & strong field. In 2005, we were awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification.

To provide the better services to our customer, we will continuously to invest more resources in increase new equipments and facilities, developing more excellent design abilities and  better technology, enhancing the quality control and upgrade the management.

VBL provide contract manufacturing service in Custom Metal Stamping for worldwide customer. We are keeping to update our facilities. This year we have planned to increase Salt Spray test chamber, press brake and 110-ton press. We also will upgrade the ISO 9001 certified system from version 2005 to version 2008. In past few  years, we keep stable development.
